Italy Ionian SeaThis site is not so rich except the SW side, where the depth reaches -14mtrs and the bottom passes from cliffs and rocky to sandy one. There it's possible to meet many critters such as Sepiolas, many micro sand gobies, anc so on. Temperature is gradually increasing from june (18°C) agust (25°C) and from november to march decreases (24-17°C), april-may is almosta constant (17-19°C).

Cayman islands Caribbean SeaA great site - you can only do it if there are no cruise ships in. The wreck is beaten-up but gret for wildlife - the best wreck on the big island I think.

Indonesia Bali SeaCrystal Bay is a small bay which is protected from the currents around the island Nusa Penida, one of the sister islands east of Bali in the Lombok strait. Crystal Bay consists of sandy channel in the middle with on the north-side a sloping reef that turn into a dropoff close to Toyapakeh strait. The sloping reef can be challenging for Scuba diving when the planning is not right, strong currents aswell as downcurrent can rush to the bay. The are 3 cleaning station for Ocean Sunfish at this dive site where this large pelagic happens to appear between june and oktober when the water temperature is sometimes less then 20 degrees celcius. The top of the sloping reef contains some nice corals and also for the macro lovers this is a good place to dive, nudibranch, small shrimp, snake eels, seahorse and much more can be found at this dive site. There is a batcave with underwater entrance that can be excessed when the conditions are right, the hole in the ceiling of the cave can make some dramatic lighting. Crystal Bay is mainly reached by boat (45 minute ride) from Bali's mainland.

Philippines Bohol SeaIdeal dive site for night dives - you can expect to see seahorses, mandarin, crabs and critters - and all around an old world war wreck. Beautiful night dive around a fallen apart Japanese wreck - lots of smallcreatures (crabs, squids, seahorses, etc).

United Arab Emiratesisland with a depth of 10 - 15 metres on the seaward side and 5 - 7 on the shore side. access is by boat although a surface swim from the shore is possible if u are a good swimmer. However due to the building of hotels on the sea front access is an issue however, there is a an excellent dive center opposite the island (freestyle divers) which do boat trips to the site. there are things to keep every diver happy on this dive site from the small to the large with whale sharks sometimes around. turtle and blacktip reef sharks are almost Guaranteed species along with most of the local species on display for the diver and snorkeller alike to observe on a shelter and beauitiful dive site
