If you go to the Octopus Garden Hotel company Panama Divers dives everyday out of it and you can dive anyday of the year best times are during dry season. There are tons of dives sites in the area. Great place to dive.

A great dive site off the central west coast, accessible from either East Carib Dive or Sunset Bay Dive centre, 15m to the reef and comprises of a reef flat and drop off to the south, named nose reef for the 3 promontories sticking into the blue, all of which look like noses.
