Watt

The unit of power W, i.e. the amount of energy dissipated (used) or delivered in unit time.

1 Watt = 1 Joule per Second.

Electrical power, in Watts, is also the product Current x Voltage (P = IV), e.g. a 12V light bulb which consumes 60W must draw a current of 5A.
