message Dear Jeff

Thank you for recognition cool

No, I've never tried a 2,0 TC (a 1,7x doesn't exist for the "four thirds" of Olympus). When I bought my gear, I decided for more light instead of more magnification. But you right, sometimes I wish I had the choice wink

Cheers

message Henry

I though you were using a Nikon. wink

It's a solid shot... you should be very proud. I know how difficult it is to focus on these tiny tiny creatures.

Job well done!

Cheers

message Thanks, Jeff

Indeed, I spent nearly half an hour on this subject. Focussing and perspective (angle of the pygmy on the coral) were challenging smile

Cheers

Have you been there on a Liveaboard or on Kri? The guides on Kri are fantastic in finding them.

Cheers

message yeap,

I was on a liveaboard. In all respects the diving was excellent though, but no pygmy seahorse pontohi.

I heard of them, that they have to be very good on Kri....next time!! grin
