This is a beautiful shot.... I have something similar but nothing as detailed at this one.

Button Coral pipefish are notorious for never staying still for a second. They weave in and out of the tentacles of the button coral.

Thank you Jeff. It was probably the most frustrating 20 minutes of my life smile I'd never seen one before and I was trying to get the all in one shot wth the pipefish in an "S" shape but as you say the little bugger just wouldn't stay still long enough WTF This shot was the best I could get smile

I've only see a pair once in Anilao. Very uncommon sight to behold.

message I like the contrast with the Green - makes the shots seem less broody. At least we know it isn't the same pipefish as it's on a different coral - laugh
