Larry, All I can say is "WOW"...a terrific shot and yes you must be living right to get that photo opportunity. Did you shoot it in Anilao ? I was there a month ago and dove with Peri and Jeff de Guzman at Club Ocellaris. We wwent to Bethlehem 5 times that week and shot so many nudis I couldn't keep count. Love your country and diving in Anilao, Puerto Galera, Dumageute, and Bohol. Will return again next year for more great diving and photos. Larry | Larry 9980 point member

Hi Larry! Thank you for the compliment! This shot was taken in Anilao. I live very close to where we saw the rhinos. I've been diving for more than 15 years but this was my first rhino. I still get the dive high. I still see different sorts of nudis. Simply amazing. I'm glad that you were able to dive here. I use to stay in Ocellaris when I just started diving (lovely and quaint). Have a good one! Larry | Lamandagat 1034 point member

Your comment about Club Ocellaris was kind...it was OK for me, but my non-diving wife had issues with the place. The staf and food was good, but the non AC rooms, no pool, spa, or beach, was difficult for her. The upside was Peri our dive guide who is one of the best I've ever dived with, he had both marine biology and photo experience, so I was able to improve my photo skills and learn more about the local critters. What other dive resort do you recommend, Anilao was the best nudi diving of any country I've travelled. Larry | Larry 9980 point member

Hi Larry! You're not the first person who I heard compliments about Peri. I'm excited to meet him. Regarding resorts, I can recommend some since I actually live here. But let me know what sort of amenities (AC rooms, pool, beach, etc) you're looking for and then I'll let you know. Have a good one!! Larry | Lamandagat 1034 point member

I have a non-diving wife, so Ol' Club Ocellaris didn't have any amenities for her other than nice staff and good food. A/C is a must, pool or beach would bring her back to Anilao...me, I don't care other than the all night coffee pot that was a plus for me. I'm usually up at 4am editing photos and waiting for the day to start. Yes, try to hook up with Peri, he is both knowledgeable and friendly, an all around nice guy | Larry 9980 point member

Hi Larry Polster, My friend Larry is very modest... he is one of the owners of Balai Beach Resort in Anilao. Sorry to hear that Pati wasn't happy with the resort. | Jeff Chua De Guzman |

Larry M., That is a great photo you took - what a pair! Cheers Jeff | Jeff Chua De Guzman |

Jeff, Patty liked the staff, just got too hot without A/C and missed a larger crowd so she had someone to talk too around a pool or on the beach while I'm out diving... I plan to return to Anilao...maybe have Patty tour Manila while I dive... All the best LArry | Larry 9980 point member
