This is a really nice picture, with excellent composition. It has a great feeling of movement with the head-on turning aspect, a strong diagonal and excellent focus. I'm not sure if you do any post-processing or experimenting with strobe positions, but it would be an even better shot if you could have controlled the backscatter and the strong highlights on the face, which are slightly burned out. But I do think that this is a great shot.
