message this message is importantDallas this is a good picture. Im curious what your technique is because you sure get a lot more votes on your work in comparison to everyone else that might have really good pictures

Thanks - I must admit Im a little surprised at the number of votes myself, for this picture in particular. I told some friends about the site, but also asked them to follow the sites spamming policy and to only vote for the ones they really like a lot (and NOT to vote for the ones that they dont - sympathy votes arent fair and they dont help photography techniques improve). Ive actually been pretty surprised to see what people like and what they dont in my submissions. So, its been a learning experience for me, but its definitely helpful to have friends who support your work. Ive taken thousands of pictures and am just now starting to post them. Best of luck with your submissions. Ill make sure to vote for you if I see one I like - I agree with the good karma thing and follow that policy too.
