Member since: Friday, January 31, 2003 | Until late 2004 I used 2 separate housed Nikons Fs (yep, thats correct - Fs) in Niko Mar III housings: 24mm, 55mm and assorted. Assorted strobes. Now a D100 and D7000 - assorted lenses/strobes. Also usually carry a Nikonos II (a classic!) with a 15mm lens slung around my neck - just in case!
Diving for 45 years - well in excess of 10,000 dives. I've dived just about everywhere within the band of Tropics and have had the good fortune over the years to be the "first" in many (now) well-known dive destinations. Check my website out for more details.
Current favorite spot - PNG. Bought a bit land on the the remotest part of remote New Ireland from a local chief for a boat, two pigs and some shell money and dive my brains out there once a year for over a month. Decompress by visiting Walindi, Loloata and Tufi. PNG is "IT" IMHO. I currently live in British Columbia, Canada enjoying the best of both worlds - Sea and Mountains. . I have been taking u/w images since the late 1960s.
