Ive been shooting for about 25 years with a Nikonous V. Sometimes I borrow my father's RS. I mostly dive in the Carribean but I've made three trips to the Pacific.

I feel that the picture is more important than the subject. So what that you found an obscure fish. Is the picture of a pygmy any prettier than a picture of my aunt Clara? Okay Bad example but you get the jist! Moving fish are the hardest things to shoot. Compared with macro, it's like the difference between portrait and sports photography. Often I will paln a trajectory to intersect a fish's path. You're moving, the fish is moving, and tha water's moving. Now that's a challenge.
