My virgin experience on a bit of a whim was on a liveaboard in the Coral Reef. Came out with amazingly awesome photos - composition, lighting, luck of the reef/sealife ... am hooked. Headed to Papua New Guinea shortly ... considering taking the plunge and investing in some gear that will keep me underwater and feeding my soul.
