The Hawkfish should probably be called the English Sparrowfish instead, because they are so common everywhere. Leper Island, ocean side, Madang, Papua New Guinea. Olympus C8080/PT-023.

Goby and partner shrimp, Mililat Passage, Madang, Papua New Guinea. This was the first time I'd noticed a commensal shrimp carefully placing rocks at the entrance instead of just bulldozing sand out of the hole. Olympus C8080/PT-023.
