I found this slipper lobster walking around at 23m depth at Perhentian island, Malaysia.
I used a Sony P9 autofocus camera and a torchlight to take the picture.
"Longnose"
This photograph was taken at Kapalai in Malaysia. Used a Nikon F-90X with 105mm Micro lens and twin Ys-350 TTL Strobes.
This close-up shot was taken in Lembeh with a Sony P9 camera and a Sea&Sea macro lens and an external Inon strobe. I find this set-up works extremely well for macro photography.
Spotface moray eel dressed for a party.
Lembeh, Indonesia. Olympus C-5050 with Inon strobe.
A close study of a Juvenile Lion Fish taken of Osprey Reef 18 hours out of Cairns, Australia. Taken with a weak single strobe held close to dull the background.
A moon Jellyfish
taken in Maple Bay Vancouver Island, BC canada with bonica multi snapper
Queen Angelfish with juvenile Rock Beauty. Cozumel.
Puffer Fish taken off Mackay Reef Quensland. I swam with it for 30 mins to get this shot of the Puffer looking backwards at me along its body. Remarkably the eye is in focus but this is luck not judgement!
These blennies always disappear as soon as you approach, so i was very happy when i finally managed to get close enough for this shot.
Lembeh. Olympus C-5050 with Inon strobe.
Lionfish always are a great subject.
Lembeh, Indonesia. Olympus C-505 with inon strobe.
Taken with twin strobes in about 10m of water off Mackay Reef, Cairns, Australia. I took about 50 frames to get one with the lighting just like this. Off course Anenome shots are very common but I like to think this one stands out.
Hawaiian lionfish photographed at Nanakuli on the leeward side of Oahu, Hawaii.
Waiting for something to happen...
Lembeh. Olympus C-5050 with Inon strobe.
