Exposure : 3, Colours: 4, Sharpness: 3, DOF ( depth of field ) : 4, Contrast : 3
Suggestions :
Regarding you're a compact cam user, this picture is really an achievement.
When we look at the room for improvements, we land into sharpness and exposure (followed by contrast).
Probably your picture is sharp. But it needs some postprocessing. Regarding exposure one or two stop down would add some mystical atmosphere and provide the contrast needed.
Don't hesitate to clean up the background spots.

The composition is not bad at all. It's just lacks something special

Sunrays under water are beautiful. but many pictures are around so you need a special creative idea to make a winner shot.
Suggestions :
Models, fishes, a colored foreground subject (Close Focus Wide Angle): there are many ways to improve the content of this picture.
Epilogue :
This pivture shows your love for the underwater world and the underwater photography It's a hard was to the top, but a fun way, too. I wish you good luck with your next dives.
