The proof that the starry night octopus deserves its name. A unique image from the category "creative-manipulated"
"The Writer" part of my Underwater Surrealism body of work. This image is playing off the inking abilities of the squid. Squid release their ink in stressful situations, just like many people do the same with ink while writing in dairies.

Very creative composition, where did you get flying mini mantas and how did you put them in there?
"At the Base of the Tree" part of my Underwater Surrealism body of work. Hairy Squat Lobsters are found at the base of giant sponges. This image is referencing that, but on trees.

"The Ambassador" Sea snakes are similar to divers, they rise to the surface and go below back to the reefs. As divers we have to be ambassadors for the ocean, spread awareness and inform everyone about the oceans. This image symbolizes that.
