This Hawksbill Turtle swam right up to me and my companions, nipping at our dive gear and in this shot was trying to take a bite of my camera. It was taken at the Blue Hole in Dahab, Egypt. (Red Sea)

Ehrenberg Snappers, Elphinstone reef.
I'm no fan of scruffy fish, so patiently I waited and when the lighting looked good I swam through & split the school. The remaining snappers tightly balled together and I had my moment.

The motion of the ocean. Patiently, I counted waves. Waiting for the next big surf and optimistically hoping that a few fish would kindly position themselves in front of the white froth.
