This little octopus on Bonaire was about the size of my hand. He was perfectly camouflaged against the sand and rubble, but his movement gave him away.

A fantastic behavior shot Jim. Just the sort quality publications are looking for
Unidentified species of siphonophore, a fairly rare type of hydroid.
Shortfin Pipefish from Little Cayman. Nikon D200 and 105mm lens.
Bristlework crawling over a very rare Fingerprint Cyphoma. Although the Bristleworm is stinging the Cyphoma, I'm told by a marine biologist that it's just a defensive action.

A tiny (4 mm) sea slug, Chelidonura berolina, that I photographed on Little Cayman. In the lower left, note a little claw sticking from the sand, apparently from a larval crustacean.
Juvenile Flamingo Tongue (1.5 cm) feeding on purple sea fan. Notice the eyeball at the base of the feeler thingy. From Little Cayman, BWI. Nikon D200 with 60mm lens.
