Some of the best wall diving in the Caribbean can be found off Cozumel. This image was taken at Santa Rosa Wall, a wall dive that Liquid Blue Divers does often.

While diving on Santa Rosa Wall off Cozumel, I saw this strange looking formation of sponges and this particular sponge looked as though it had melted and stretched over time. It reminded me of candle wax. Yes, Im weird!

There are lots of old sponges still intact after all of the rough weather the island of Cozumel has had over the past 10 years. It took longer than 10 years for this sponge found at Santa Rosa Wall to develop.

The colors are amazing and the wall diving incredible off Cozumel. This photo was taken during a dive at Santa Rosa Wall. Thanks Liquid Blue Divers!

This image ws taken at Santa Rosa Wall, just more proof that the clear and warm water enable the sponges, corals and soft corals thrive. The colors are fascinating and this part of the wall is an awesome dive.
