Member since: Monday, February 5, 2018 | I'am born in Egypt, it's also where I learned to dive in 2009. Shortly after I started diving I was attracted to the idea of taking photos under water and I was very curious whenever I saw divers with their big fat cameras :). I started with a small Go Pro that my wife got me as a birthday gift, wasn't satisfied with the quality so starting using a point and shoot with video lights. Amazed by the difference of quality I decided last year (2017) to take my DSLR underwater. Macro is my favorite type of UW Photography as I live now in Dubai and the visibility is not great for wide angle shots. I won a second place in a national competition in the United Arab Emirates early this year and I am passionate to continue to develop my skills to inspire others with my photos.
