This is a Spinyhead Blenny. Finding them in the Caribbean is easy. Finding one with a clean and crisp background Very difficult but this one was and even yawned

nice place for shore dive, better in winter, spring and autumn, in summer there are too much people on the beach and in the water. Nice for macro, you can find nudibranches, crabs, morays amd seahorses, and a lot of small fishes like gobies, blennies and anthias family.
