Spotted cleaner shrimp on an anemone. These 2 creatures have a symbiotic relationship  where the shrimp provides parasite removal services and the anemone protects the shrimp from predators.

This pod of sperm whale were asleep  out of the blue around 50 pilot whales suddenly appeared and began making noise and generally harassing them.  taken under permit

A sack barrow is the best way to get your kit to the end of the harbour wall!
Once there it is a relatively easy scramble to get in (by St Abbs standards).
You can see Cathedral rock at low tide, that's the best way to find it.
A great swim through interesting gullies to get there.
It's a great swim through arch with plenty of plumose anemones.
