The site is off Pinney's beach - north end - you can see a church on the hill almost directly across from the cave site. The cave is small but big enough to swim into and turn around. There is a school of neon fish that seem to live there (they've been there every time I've managed to find the cave over the last 15 years.
It's tough to find that cave because it's really just the underside of a hill of coral. The reason I like it is that it's accessible from the beach and is the only water near the beach that isn't full of suspended sand (the cave blocks it of course). Another reason I like this cave is that I one time entered it with the intention of photographing the neon's and found a Hawksbill sea turtle in there. The shot I got was amazing with the turtle trying to easy out past me, pretty difficult with such a small opening, and the school of neon's in the foreground, lobster antennae in the background...
Scuba shop: Scuba Safari's, Oualie Beach, Nevis. Great people.... For better dive sites have them take you out on their boat.
