Shore dive from the training pool. We didn't get very far, but it is just a straight out kick from the pool, which takes you to the mermaid.

When you get to the dive shop called Lobster Pot, enter the water from the beginning of the dock. You swim out about 50 yards to the mooring line. Drop down and swim about 20 yards. The swim throughs will be to your left. They are not normally there which is a real treat!
