In the past, divers had to use ropes to rappel to this site! There are large fans and colorful gorgonians of all shapes and sizes in the shallows. Nice wall drop off at 50 feet. Lack of sand beach makes for clear vis. The beautiful coral formations appear to have been planted and cared for by a conscientious, hardworking gardener. The Island is basically set-up as a divers playground. We stayed at Buddy dive resort and they were fantastic.Our favourite site was Barri Reef. The site was a 5 min. drive from Buddy dive resort.The site was easy to enter and exit and we found more life there than on any of the other 8 sites we were on.
