I dove with Sea Explorers on Malapascua. The resort is friendly and on a nice beach. All dives were from Philippines-style boats that loaded just off-shore (walk to boat, climb on via plank). Water temp in June averaged 84F. Visibility excellent, dive guides excellent, much uw life.

Spikes all around - I saw this ornate ghost pipefish floating near a rope coral and waited until it drifted in front of the coral.
