What splendid eyes these little gobies have  They hide in small crevices in rocks. They are shy but curious and it is easy to photograph them when they lean out to scrutinize the external environment. Havelock Is._April2024

An extended area of rocky bottom ahead of the castle built in 1193 by the Frangipane family. There are also the remains of a Roman fish pond and of Roman harbour. Besides the rocky bottom a vast area is covered by prairie of Posidonia Oceanica.
