It s a simple still image taken from some video I was shooting in a private lagoon on Bora Bora.  In this instance I was using a GoPro Hero3 video camera to film some fish and coral in the area.

I spent some time talking with fish collectors on the main beach in Colombo. Having then been shown the tanks of fish collected from the local waters for sale to the world, more fish than we had seen in a week of diving!

On the beach by Tortuguero National Park

Entrance from a "natural" pool, a slow sloping sandy area leads up to an impressive wreck. On one side approx 24 m depth on the other side it goes down to 35m . Plenty of sea life, schools of barracuda, turn slowly back past the memorial to the rocky coastline with its own hidden treasures

I have always been intrigued by the herds of catfish that occupy the waters of Indonesia, always staying together as a team. I decided a black and white would capture the views eye in a dramatic image I have applied a brightness and contrast edit to.
