Papua New Guinea Solomon SeaThe dive site is breathtaking, with lots of passages in the shallow and lots of soft corals as well as hard corals. The current was not stong, and the visibility was 30+ m. The water temparature was about 28-298C and the best time of year to dive is November -March.

Philippines South China SeaCurrent is very dependent on time of day. The diving in Puerto Galera is timed around the tides and being off a little can end up being a roller coaster ride ;) This was a really nice dive. Lots of fish, anthia's, damselfish, moray eels, parrotfish, wrasse, unicornfish, jacks, rainbow runners... the "usual suspects" I call them :) Right at the end of our dive I had my first (and I hope last) experience being chased by a nesting Titan Triggerfish! Having an almost 3 foot long fish with those kind of teeth chasing is an "interesting" experience :))
