En las islas hay muchas posibilidades para bucear todo el años, hay muchos puntos de buceo , yo ya buceo desde hace 15 años he tenido oportunidad de bucear en algunas partes del mundo. Pero aqui tenemos corales mas pequeños que en el caribe o en el rojo pero siempre encontramos cosas nuevas. Mi grupo de amigos y yo buceamos mucho por la noche

This shot was taken on a shark cage diving boat in Shark Alley with a very relaxed Great White Shark. On good visibility days the sharks tend to be much more relaxed but sometimes more cautious. This one was a real 'player' and loved my camera. She cruised past the cage up to my camera and then spy-hopped up at the lens with the nose nearly kissing the dome. It was a beautiful flat day at sea and such a beautiful shark to work with.

On September 16, 1966, Iberia flight IB-261, operated by a DC-3 of Spantax, took off from Los Rodeos airport with destination La Palma, carrying 24 passengers and 3 crew. Soon after take-off, the port side propeller engine's RPM increased to dangerous levels. The pilot, Eugenio Maldonado, feathered the propeller, but the RPM did not decrease. As the aircrafit was losing altitude very quickly (1,000 feet) and was now below the airport altitude (2,073 feet), the pilot communicated that he was going to ditch the plane.
With incredible skill and courage, the pilot managed to land the plane on the sea, close to the coast. In less than ten minutes, Maldonado and his crew evacuated the aircraft. All but one passenger survived. This passenger panicked and refused to exit the plane, despite the efforts of the pilot, who tried to convince him until the plane began to sink.
The aircraft rests in the seabed upside down at 33 meters (108 feet), but the landing gear, the engines and the propellers of the port engine can be clearly seen.

Sardine Run with Mark Addison and Blue Wilderness, absolutely awesome and an experience i will want to redo for many years to come. Not easy and days are long and hard with weather and ocean not always being kind, but worth it!!

Easy shore entry. Beautiful little reef plus minus 50m from shore. wreck of small yacht mark beginning of reef. Ask local dive operators for guided dive.

"Dolosse" name given to concrete structures to protect the harbour wall. Nice site when water is calm. Lots of small fish, shy sharks, butterfly fish to see. Word of caution. Need permission from local dive operator Electrodive to dive from pier. Easy entry and exit from pier in the form of concrete steps. Great site to to night dives.
