To change your privacy settings
  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. On the Privacy tab, move the slider to medium. If that does not work move it down to "Enable all cookies"

To change your privacy settings
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Privacy tab, check allow sites to set cookies (or just originating site i.e. ours)
Netscape

To change your Cookies preferences:

  1. Open the Edit menu and choose Preferences.
  2. Under the Privacy & Security category, click Cookies. (If no subcategories are visible, double-click Privacy & Security to expand the list.)
  3. Set your Cookies preferences to "Enable all cookies".

Tools/Internet Options, switch to Security tab, highlight Internet Zone and select Customize Settings...

Click View on the menu bar. Select Internet options at the bottom of the list. A dialog will appear. Select the Advanced tab and scroll down the list until you see Cookies. Tick the option always accept cookies Internet Explorer V.4
Netscape 4: Click Edit on the menu bar. Select Preferencesat the bottom of the list. A dialog will appear. Select Advanced and tick the option always accept cookies Netscape Navigator V.4
Options/Network Preferences, switch to Protocols tab Netscape 3
View/Options, switch to Advanced tab Internet Explorer 3
