Getting familiar with the Shake Mode
The Shake Mode allows you to easily create a movie of approximately
30 seconds long.

A Clip tray
The Clip tray is where you place clips for processing with MovieShaker.
It can contain movie, still image, and sound files.

B Shake tab
Click this tab to display the Shake tray.
When you click the tab, it is highlighted, and the Shake tray appears.
C Capture tab
Click this tab to display the Capture tray.
When you click the tab, it is highlighted, and the Capture tray appears.

D Edit tab
Click this tab to display the Edit tray.
When you click the tab, it is highlighted, and the Edit tray appears.

E Monitor
The monitor is where you can view a shaken scene. It also displays
the sample scene with the selected pattern before shaking.
F Shake pattern
Various types of shake
patterns are provided. Click a pattern to select it. Each
pattern includes different kinds of BGM.
G Shake! button
Click this button to create a scene of approximately 30 seconds long,
using clips on the Clip
tray at random.
H Play control buttons
These buttons control the playing of a shaken scene.
: Returns to the beginning of the shaken scene and stops.
: Rewinds the shaken scene.
: Starts/pauses playing of the shaken scene.
: Fast-forwards the shaken scene.
I Use audio track check box
Click to select this check box to use the sound of movie clips for
shaking. If you uncheck the check box, the sound of movie clips is
not used during shaking.
J Use BGM check box
Click to select this check box to use BGM of shake patterns for
shaking. If you uncheck the check box, the BGM is not used during shaking.
K Text check box
Click to select this check box to use the text you entered for
shaking. If you uncheck the check box, text is not used during shaking.
L Input button
Enter text to use for a shaken scene.
M Export button
Click this button to export a created scene to a file.
