Octoporn. I would have preferred a different category for this image, but these mating Octopus blend into the reef and rock so well that the image is too busy. I used brushes to try and obliterate the rocks and release the Octopus from them..

A Sailfin Blenny displays his distinctive trait.
"Natural Colors" just the background is been manipulated (minimally) to remove almost all of the colors and leave it neutral so the dragons stands out in its natural colors
Not much manipulation required. I have uploaded the one with the original water color as well so you can compare. I just used the curve tool on the already burnt sun burst and then dodged a bit the rest of the water around the dragon...
'Radiance' - A black background was created in post-processing to showcase the brilliant colors of this Caribbean reef squid.

We don't have many "Manipulated" shots win a monthly award, but this unique work deserves recognition! Beautifully executed shot and excellent post processing.
Mandarin fishes mating taken mid-water. The background was already bright (dead corals) so I made it white
Lone coral at Pennekamp State Park.

2016 Socorro Islands.Beauty is in the eye of the beholder with this Giant Pacific Manta Ray. This is actually a screenshot that I got from one of my videos off of my PnS camera (TG-4)
If you could coax a Cuttlefish up into the shallows of the reef top you could get this shot,. the setting are the same, lens. etc. This took two images and some layering though
