You could almost achieve this in camera (long exposure, spin camera, rear curtain sync) which is what probably makes you look twice

Here's a nice double exposure, the old tricks are the best!
Nudibranch: taken at Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. The background used was my wifes dive skins, and the color was manipulated for a more "fantasy effoect". Taken with Canon G2 and Ikelite housing with on-camera flash

I took this Spotted Eagle Ray picture on a reef near the Island of Saipan, NMI
