You neednt have the sea to see "corals". This was taken in a fresh water dam near the place I live. It is a freshwater sponge. They have not been seen here in the recent years though.

I'd say the the Remora was itching and would not hitch a ride on a turtle. Mind you I once had one stuck on my butt in Bermuda!

Moray in Belize
Bannerfish in formation. Taken near the island of Sumbawa.
The Lionfish that now finds it's home in the Bahamas, this shy creature would not come out any closer. I took the photo in Nassau during the summer of 2007 with a Sealife DC500 with dual flash units.
