photographing art underwater could potentially be a copyright issue. I'd call this 'fair use'

Giant purple-striped jellyfish in the open ocean, off the coast of southern california. We are at 30m depth, with 300 meters of water underneath us. This jellyfish had it's own ecosystem of fish along with it.
