Bay Pipefish in eel grass at Monterey Wharf #2. He was hiding in the eel grass and was difficult to get a clear shot of, but I managed to capture this dramatic image.

I'm posting this more to find out what it is. I think it is the poisonous stonefish but didn't think they were in the Caribbean, just Pacific, but he does look like the pics on the internet. Appreciate any input
