Smaller subjects typically 1 to 3 inches (2.5 to 7.5cm) shot on macro settings or with macro equipment that are NOT MOVING usually on the bottom (i.e. between 1:1 and 1:3)

Taken in Anilao, at the dive site called Coconuts. A yellow goby pair was very obvious on thee abandoned tube, so while going around the tube, we located the eggs they were so carefully guarding, eggs are about a day or two away from hatching.

"Chiaroscuro" - I photographed this arrow crab using one strobe to give strong shadows and light. The title is a reference to the Italian word for this kind of lighting, found in Renaissance paintings.
