Rare, elusive, pelagic, nocturnal seahorse endemic to Hawai'i, found in 1,000-6,000 feet of water.
Taken on blackwater dive off the coast of Kona, HI in 6,000 feet of water.

My first trip out with my new Nikon D90 and Aquatica A90 housing. What a great encounter with this beautiful Caribbean Reef Shark! Only had one strobe at the time, used a Sea & Sea YS-110.

Found this nudibranch while diving "The Point" buoy on Molasses Reef, Key Largo. Olympus SP-350 w/ YS-110 strobe using only the focus light. I think it's a Pacific Nudibranch but not sure...
