An Antarctic view before a dive under the ice. One of the things that is amazing about the Antarctic is that there is no distance 'haze' effect through lack of dust. This mountain is over 1,000 m high and the ice cliffs hundreds of m high.

A photo of a swimming jelly fish at dusk - with bioluminescence
Not much to say on this one. Visibility on the Coron Wrecks was poor, so I changed focus to the small things.
OK, OK, what is it and why put it up? It is an air bubble of my buddy, and I've come to taking a few lately as they have some cool shapes. Not everyone's taste I know - but a good desktop wallpaper! I took it today.
"Looking Over the Edge". How would you handle the edge of a cliff if you had no eyes?
On an exploration dive at the end of the season I was playing with the theme of bubbles (see other entry). This one replaces the head of the diver I think it is cool! But that is just my view! New site so the spear gun was for protection not fish!
Taken at about 8m with white balance manually adjusted to counter the water's filter effect. No strobe hence a natural colour without the water filtering out the red.
A crab taking a ride in a passing jellyfish. Off Bicol in the Philippines. Casio zx1200
A colony of ascidians off Apo Island in the Philippines.
A moray eel approaching a Banded Coralshrimp, contemplating lunch or maybe a clean. Puerto Galera, Philippines.
The colours though never cease to amaze. Casio exilim zx1200
