I've been experimenting with wide apertures when shooting my macro images lately. Here, I focused on this spotted cleaner shrimp's eye, letting everything else in front and behind blur.

On my last day of diving, I was set up for macro. 100+ feet away I saw a turtle who looked right at me and began swimming toward me. I waited and hoped I could at least manage a shot of his head. I was lucky, the only shot I got was this one.

As he Crosses the fire clam he went in almost lost his life but got out due to his pincers. Was taken on the kittiwake with a 10.5 fish eye d300 800 sola light

Greysby can be skittish creatures at best. But this one held still for me to take a shot of him rather close up (I had a macro lens on, so close was my only option.)
