Green Moray EEL.
The nap of the flamingo on its fragile gorgohna hammock.
I found this eel at 10 feet depth, on a shore dive in Curacao. Nikon D70, 60 mm macro.
the image is a Black Flamingo Tongue. I have been diving since 1975 and I have seen only one other Black Flamingo Tongue. The image was taken last week in Roatan while diving at Connies dream.I used a DC500 w/ 1 digital flash to capture the image.

This image of a Flamingo Tongue was taken last week in Roatan, while burning off nitrogen in the shallows after returning from a wall, which Roatan is so well known for. The photo was taken w/ a DC500 and dual digital flash.

I was able to swim right up to this flounder on a recent night dive and got this macro shot of his eye. D70, 60 mm lens. Curacao.

My little Sharpnose Puffer stayed still just long enough for a good closeup.

This is the dance of the tiny Yellowhead Jawfish. Can easy stay steadly in a vertical position while dancing with its pectoral fins, and when is time to go just swims on reverse into its hole...enjoy!
