The dives around Malapscua are amazing, the place is great for the little and the large. Loads of macro subjects and regular sightings of Thresher Sharks, with the chance to see Hammerheads, Mantas, Devils and other rays. I stay at the Malapascua Exotic Island Resort which is amazing, well runa nd very friendly.

Whip coral crab, taken at Gato Island, Malapascua, Philippines. This was a hard shot to get due to the shallow depth of field and having to maintain buoyancy while manual focusing as there was nowhere to rest on the seabed. Taken at f5 105mm macro.
