A popular dive training site for eastern Ontario and western Quebec. Rock quarry with little sediment to affect visibility. Winter visibility (horizontally) of 50 to 75 feet is common. Summer visibility less in the shallows due to run-off or new divers. Used extensively during the winter months by technical dive community to maintain skills. Items (plane, tug, etc.) placed in the quarry to aid diver training and serve as photo subjects. Drysuit recommended below 60 feet, maximum depth 125 feet. Very good parking, access and facilities. A daily fee is charged.

Taking shots of free divers under the ice. I did not have any directions for them, but would try to position myself in different places, to get some interesting shots. This was one of my favourites.
