Bay Pipefish in eel grass at Monterey Wharf 2. He was hiding in the eel grass and was difficult to get a clear shot of but I managed to capture this dramatic image.

Lots of damage to reefs from dynamite fishing etc. but lots of good macro to be found. I dove here at the end of my Tubbataha liveaboard trip.
