One of my prefered dive sited in this island, viz might be poor sometimes. Sighted tiger shark (as being told), guitar fish , big rays and few types big fish previously. Facts about Octopus Reef, Pulau Kapas It is in Malaysia- Octopus Reef, Pulau Kapas is in the South China Sea.
