Shell Island Wreck Kwajalein Lagoon

   Marshall Islands  Pacific
This little wreck has the most amazing anemone and pink anemonefish on it. The Anemone has been there for at least 7 years and just continues to grow. At about 90' this is a great first dive and picture opportunity!

Wakatobi Marine Preserve

   Indonesia  Banda Sea
The liveaboard, the Pelagian, run by the Waktaboi Resort made multiple stops in the Wakatobi Marine Preserve. Beautiful diving and pristine sites, warm water and good vizibility. Easy diving, with only low to moderate currents. Great and very experienced dive guides. Wakatobi Marine Preserve in the Banda Sea is a beautiful spot with hundreds of creatures and lots of muck diving.

Jakes Hole, Exumas Cayes Bahamas

   Canada  Atlantic (South)
This dive site is a fantastic place to get great shots of macro subjects. The Christmas tree worms were perfect, and there is everything here from puffers to sharks. There are lionfish all over the place here and was lucky to get this shot. I was lucky to be aboard the aquacat on my first live-a-board dive trip and it was amazing. The crew and vessel were top shelf, and look forward to returning again and again.

Blackwater

   United States  Pacific
This is an open ocean dive..... while it's not a specific dive site i feel its more than worth mentioning here. This dive can be done pretty much anywhere you are able to dive over many thousands of feet of water. In this case we dive 3 miles off the Kona coast. A large population of deep sea creatures migrate to the surface at night, where we then go out and dive it around 10:00 PM. We jump in using tethers attatched to the boat and us, and drift for about an hour. And watch the strange things drift by in the night. Big Island Divers offers this trip and they are phenomenal and knowledgeable. This dive isn't for everyone, but for a diver with an adventurous streak this is a most do.

A small wreck which protects loads of small fishes..... and again these small fishes attract bigger fish like kingfish, small tuna, etc... groupers and a lot of lionfish.....
