Philippines Visayan SeaI dove with Sea Explorers on Malapascua. The resort is friendly and on a nice beach. All dives were from Philippines-style boats that loaded just off-shore (walk to boat, climb on via plank). Water temp in June averaged 84F. Visibility excellent, dive guides excellent, much uw life.

Micronesia Philippine SeaA great WWII wreck lying between maybe 7- 25m on a sloping terrain very close to downtown Koror. Dive centres such as Neco marine & Sam's tours are both excellent & nearby. Lots of war relics, good fish life & photographic ops. suitable for intermediate divers & above.

Philippines Philippine SeaAs with most diving off the coast of Moalboal this site is a deep wall dive however, despite the name, we didn't see any dolphins on our dives here. Perhaps the reef would be more aptly named if it were known as "Turtle Reef" as we saw several here, both free-swimming and eating in the upper reef. Again current is a consideration here but due to the nature of Filipino diving in this area (separate boat drop and pick-ups) can be used for great drift diving.

Sweden Baltic SeaRansvik is an easily accessible dive site by either land or sea, although you'll need to go down some wide stairs if going there by land (and back up after the dive!). It offers depths of around 3-5 m closer to shore where you'll have plenty of boulders to swim around, and a mere 50 meters from shore a more flat bottom at about 15 m that gently slopes downward to greater depths. There's a dive shop east of the town Mölle, by a camping site, for renting gear or filling up on air/nitrox.
