Catostylus mosaics - apt description as the mosaic pattern on this small jelly (common name; Blue Blubber) shows. Taken in Very murky water (less than .5 meter vis) I liked how the sun lit up this jelly like a delicately designed lamp.

I was on a night dive along the coast of Maui near Kaanapali. There are some lava flows and tubes in the vicinity and I happened to spot this Candy Cane Shrimp which normally is only found inside the lave tube. Lucky find. Right place right time.
