This pod of sperm whale were asleep, out of the blue around 50 pilot whales suddenly appeared and began making noise and generally harassing them. (taken under permit)

Spotted cleaner shrimp on an anemone. These 2 creatures have a symbiotic relationship, where the shrimp provides parasite removal services and the anemone protects the shrimp from predators.

This is a view from the coral reef in Cabo Pulmo National Park, one of the most successful marine reserves in the world. Cousteau once called it "the aquarium of the world".
