Blenny NItes... a blenny watches the nightime traffic
mysterieuse..... an archaic Ridgeback Sting ray.. reminds us that dinosaurs really do still exist.
Eye of the Tiger(Shark).......Beautiful 12' Tiger Shark came in close and then closer still.
Bank Seabass, I believe.
This small Tiger Shark followed us from reef to reef and made a couple of appearance at Tiger Beach. This shark actually has a satellite tag on it's dorsal fin. The tag is used by Guy Harvey to track Tigers between Bermuda and the Bahamas.
Looking like the 3 stooges, these Lemon Sharks seem to be running into each other but enjoy our company and the bait baskets we have to attract them.
Was this hybrid's daddy a triggerfish??
This was our last dive of the trip at Sharks Paradise and this Lemon Shark kept swimming through waiting for a picture to be taken........That's why she's smiling..
Not sure whether he was tasting or spitting at me.
I have become so fascinated with the close up faces of the shrimps.. they have such complicated architecture that I'd never have seen without the subsee.
Emma the Tiger Shark, just swimming by at Crystal Tiger, heavily pregnant and absolutely beautiful, she spent a lot of the day with us,an honour indeed for us.
Periodontal exam
Flamingo Tongue found on sea fans at the Sugar Wreck. This wreck offers lots of marine life and sits in 2 pieces off the Bahamas in shallow water.
Tiger Shark headon at Ginormous Reef - We had 3 of them in the water with us that made repeated appearances during the dive and all very interested in our bait crates.
Afraid I overdid the photoshop thing here. . .
Black Brotula found under ledge in West Palm Beach, FL on a night dive. This is a reclusive, very shy fish that inhabits deep crevices, recesses and caves if the reefs, virtually never coming completely into the open.
An amazingly large helmet conch visited the bridge back in early July.
Just caught this Lemon Shark and entourage swimming through the Sun's rays late in the afternoon on the 'Sugar Wreck'

Interspecies hide-and-seek. Nobody will find me a gaping pikeblenny, neither. . . :-)
